Donation requests are reviewed monthly. We strive to respond to all requests promptly. Please be aware that organizations within the Tulsa Metro area are given priority. While we make every effort to consider all requests, the high volume of requests we receive means we cannot accommodate them all.

If the hosting organization or for-profit business is seeking free food for their staff because they are volunteering for an event, we cannot provide it free of charge.

Please submit your request at least one month before your event. While we strive to support as many initiatives as possible, requests submitted less than a month in advance may face limitations due to budget constraints. Given the high volume of requests, we may not always be able to respond to follow-up inquiries. Rest assured, we’ll contact you if we’re able to fulfill your donation requests.
